From Terminal 3 (NAIA):

Savoy Hotel Manila is conveniently located just across from Terminal 3, only 1.6 km away (around a 5-minute drive). Guests may take a taxi or book a ride-hailing service from the designated pick-up area. For light travelers, Runway Manila provides a direct connection from Terminal 3 to Newport City, from where it’s just a short 5–7 minute walk to the hotel vicinity via Newport Boulevard.
